Our designers need at least 48 hours to customize and prepare your artwork. If you approve the artwork within 12 hours,  it will arrive in 7-12 business days for orders placed within the contiguous US. All other ship to locations may take longer. This is based on your order lead time and transit time.

Once you have approved the design, the artwork goes to printing. It is made specifically for you and you cannot return it.

Yes, you have 45 minutes to cancel your order from the time you placed it. After that, our designers have already started working on your order.

In case of shipping damages or errors, please keep the packaging and its contents and contact us immediately with photos of the area of concern.

Photo insertions are hand made by our designer artists. Some pictures are cut out for a better rendering, some are not. This is what makes your artwork so unique, it is made just for you.

Backgrounds include a version without photos and texts. You can see where the texts have been inserted. Sometimes, it is only 2 words, sometimes it is more. You have allocated space to type your text up to certain limits. Trust us and trust our designers. We will make it look amazing. If you are not satisfied, we allow you to make a revision.

Use a soft dust brush to gently remove dust when needed.

We recommend a resolution of at least 300 dpi (dots per inch). Below this size, the pictures may be blurry for large size prints.
