We offer a lifetime guarantee for quality and workmanship of our canvases. If there are any defects with the canvas, we will send you a replacement or a refund. However, our quality guarantee cannot cover dissatisfaction based on low image quality due to a low-resolution picture submitted. If you would like to return the canvas for a refund, and there are no defects or workmanship issues with the canvas, we ask that you cover the cost of the return shipment.
What if my canvas arrives damaged?
We are extremely careful to package your canvas to protect it from moisture, and impact. However, if the canvas should be damaged upon arrival, please contact us at email@example.com with pictures and descriptions of the damage. We will send out a replacement as soon as possible.
Our prints are carefully packaged to ensure there will be no damage during shipment.
Stretched canvas prints are shrink wrapped, and then followed by foam, or bubble wrap. It is then sealed in a corrugated box.
